    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams

    • Support CRM implementation, migration, and systems enhancement projects

    • Create documentation for workflows, automations, and system processes

    Requirements

    • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and backend functionality

    • Strong experience building workflows, automations, and operational systems within HubSpot

    • HubSpot certification (any level) required

    • Business analyst mindset with experience mapping and improving internal processes

    • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM lifecycle management, and pipeline structures

    • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

    • Experience creating dashboards and reporting frameworks in HubSpot

    • Experience working with CRM implementation or migration projects is highly desirable

    • Background in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries preferred

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    • High attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving abilities
