We are looking for a talented Image Generative AI Specialist to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge image generation models. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize generative models for a variety of applications, including image synthesis, style transfer, deepfake generation, and creative content creation. You will leverage state-of-the-art techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and diffusion models to generate high-quality, realistic images from diverse inputs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, image processing, and generative modeling techniques, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-generated images.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development & Innovation:
Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models for image synthesis, such as GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
Experiment with various architectures (e.g., StyleGAN, BigGAN, DALL·E) to improve image quality, diversity, and realism.
Explore novel approaches to image generation, such as conditional generation, super-resolution, and text-to-image generation.
Data Preparation & Preprocessing:
Collect, preprocess, and augment image datasets for training generative models.
Apply advanced techniques for image data augmentation, noise reduction, and feature extraction to enhance model performance.
Develop tools for handling large-scale image data, including storage, labeling, and efficient data pipelines.
Model Evaluation & Optimization:
Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess the quality of generated images (e.g., FID, Inception Score, user studies).
Continuously optimize models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Implement techniques for improving the realism and diversity of generated images while reducing artifacts and biases.
Creative Applications & Collaboration:
Work with product managers and designers to create generative AI solutions for creative content creation, advertising, gaming, and other industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy image generation models into production, ensuring smooth integration with user interfaces and platforms.
Contribute to the development of tools that enable non-technical users to leverage generative AI for creative purposes.
Research & Development:
Stay up to date with the latest research in generative models, deep learning, and computer vision.
Investigate and implement cutting-edge research in image generation, including multimodal models, adversarial training, and neural architecture search.
Publish research papers, contribute to open-source projects, and attend conferences to share findings with the AI community.
Ethical AI & Responsible Image Generation:
Ensure ethical guidelines and safety measures are followed in the development of image generation models.
Implement safeguards against the misuse of generative models, such as deepfakes and harmful content.
Work on methods to detect and prevent bias and ensure fairness in AI-generated images.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in generative AI, computer vision, or machine learning, with a focus on image generation.
Expertise in developing and training GANs, VAEs, and other generative models for image synthesis.
Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, particularly in the context of computer vision tasks.
Proficiency in image processing techniques, such as filtering, edge detection, and segmentation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, OpenCV, and PIL for image manipulation and processing.
Experience with training large-scale generative models and working with large image datasets.
Familiarity with model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics for image generation, such as FID, IS, and LPIPS.
