Role and Responsibilities
Contribute to Panaseer’s technical delivery; primarily helping to deliver exceptional, predictable customer value.
- Support customer engagements from a technical point of view, be the Panaseer product expert
- Deliver according to technical best practice; guiding our customers towards technically elegant solutions
- Take ownership of work and pride in delivering first class customer service and value
- Anticipate and address potential issue before they are widely recognised
Requirements
Who you are
You will have experience with:
- Engaging with customers at all development stages; implementation, onboarding and adoption
- Problem solving to identify root causes and propose fixes to technical issues
- Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments
- Collaborating with the other teams eg product, CSMs, engineering to drive change improvements
Desirable skills:
- SQL and familiarity with data analysis methods
- Ability to deploy and configure a technical product to suit customer requirements
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently as required
- Interest in learning new technologies and domains
- 2+ years of work experience in customer delivery, technical delivery or software development
