We are an ultra-fast growing SaaS start-up, backed by the largest hedge fund in Australia, with a rapidly growing subscriber user base from around the world including Australia, NZ, Canada, and the United States.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of our accounts. They will lead and manage a team of implementation specialists, ensuring that all necessary information and documents are gathered to carry out successful implementations. The Implementation Manager will also focus on streamlining and improving the implementation process to enhance speed to value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Coordinate Implementations: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new accounts, ensuring timely and successful deployment.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of implementation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and gathering all required information and documentation.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline the implementation process, reducing time to value and enhancing customer satisfaction.

KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the implementation team, including speed to value, customer satisfaction, and project completion rates.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer success, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation to ongoing support.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on implementation progress, challenges, and successes to senior management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation management, project management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Experience with process improvement and change management.

- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
