NPact is a software and service provider for nonprofits and foundations across the US and Canada, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction. This remote position is part of the Implementation team and reports to the Director of Services.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates.
Track project risks, issues, and action items.
Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence.
Support successful go-live and project closure activities.
Must Have Qualifications- 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience leading client-facing projects.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have- Experience working with nonprofits or foundations.
Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT.
