Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as an Incentive Processor on our Residential Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering energy efficiency program implementation services to an Oregon based non-profit client.This position will have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, verifying documentation and processing applications, direct customer support via phone and email, and working collaboratively with the team to meet Program goals. The candidate will need to reside in Oregon.

  • Input and process rebate applications in multiple proprietary databases.
  • Take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform regular application auditing, QA & QC.
  • Perform some customer call support (as needed) and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • File applications; retrieve data and run database queries and reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment where each process has system-wide affects.
  • Communicate and resolve disputed rebate claim data. Provide expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Energy industry experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office application experience
  • CRM experience preferred

Compensation Range

$17.85 - $24.00
