    Independent Sales Representative (Contractor Position)

    About this role

    This is a remote position.

    We are seeking motivated, independent sales representatives with 1-3 years of sales experience to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will promote and sell our products on a commission basis, setting your own hours and managing your work according to your availability. This is an opportunity for a self-driven individual who can work without supervision and build their own customer base.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Sales Generation: Proactively seek and generate leads, close sales, and achieve personal sales goals. Act as the primary point of contact with customers.

    • Product Promotion: Educate and inform potential customers about the company’s products, highlighting benefits and unique features to maximize sales.

    • Account Management: Develop and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with customers, answering inquiries about products and assisting with post-sale follow-up.

    • Sales Reporting: Maintain a record of sales activities and report sales figures periodically (e.g., monthly) for commission calculation and tracking purposes.

    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.

    • Independent Work: Set your own hours, work in your preferred location, and structure your work schedule around personal availability. There is no obligation to work set hours or report to the company’s offices. Qualifications

    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the marketing industry, is advantageous.

    • Skills: Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.

    • Independence: Ability to work independently without supervision and manage time effectively.

    Requirements

    Requirements: Access to reliable transportation and tools necessary for sales activities (e.g., phone, internet access).
