    Contract Type:Full-Time, PJ (Pessoa Jurídica)

    Location:Brazil (Remote) - Global role

    Working hours:UK time zone

Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in influencer management, creator partnerships, or community programme operations

    About the role

Pubity Groupis hiring an Influencer Manager to run the day-to-day of Pubity+, our creator and community programme that connects influencers with the Pubity Group brand ecosystem (includingPubity,Fluffy,OFC).

You’ll own the creator experience end to end: outreach, onboarding, ongoing relationships, and helping the programme grow. You’ll be the main point of contact for creators in Pubity+, and the internal voice making sure the programme stays profitable, well-run, and expanding.

You’ll be based in Brazil but work globally, looking after creators across the US, UK, and other markets. You’ll need the operational discipline to manage a high volume of creator relationships at pace, plus the commercial understanding to help Pubity+ grow as a revenue-generating product.

Fluent English is essential. You’ll be speaking and writing in English every day with creators, partners, and senior stakeholders.

    What you’ll do

    Creator onboarding and admin

    • Own the full onboarding process for new Pubity+ creators, from application and vetting through to signed agreements and going live.

    • Handle the admin: contracts, payment setup, compliance documents, and platform access.

    • Build and maintain a clean creator database with tier, status, performance, payment history, and comms logs.

    • Develop and improve onboarding materials, FAQs, and creator-facing docs so the experience stays consistent at scale.

    • Spot bottlenecks in onboarding and work with internal teams to fix them as we grow.

    Creator relationships

    • Be the main point of contact for Pubity+ creators. Handle their queries, build strong relationships, and keep them engaged and retained.

    • Share programme updates, new opportunities, and product changes with creators promptly and clearly.

    • Track creator activity, content performance, and engagement. Flag inactivity and either re-engage or off-board where needed.

    • Collect feedback regularly and turn it into clear actions to improve the programme.

    Growth and commercial development

    • Find and recruit new creators to Pubity+, focused on quality, audience fit, and commercial value.

    • Know the Pubity+ commercial model inside out: tiers, revenue share, and pricing. Use that to keep the programme profitable as it grows.

    • Help develop new tiers, partnership packages, and monetisation models with the commercial team.

    • Track KPIs like creator count, retention, content output, and revenue, and report to senior stakeholders.

    • Stay on top of trends in the global creator economy (especially US and UK) to spot growth opportunities and keep Pubity+ competitive.

    Working with other teams

    • Work with commercial and client services to match Pubity+ creators to brand partnership briefs.

    • Work with Strategy and Creative to brief creators well and make sure output meets the standard.

    • Work with Data & Insights to build reports that show creator and programme performance.

    • Feed creator insights and market intelligence into wider business strategy.

    What you’ll need

    • 3+ years managing influencer or creator relationships, ideally at a publisher, agency, or platform.

    • Proven admin experience across creator onboarding, including contracts, compliance, payments, and database management.

    • Strong grasp of creator economy commercial models: revenue share, tiered programmes, brand partnership structures.

    • Strong knowledge of the global influencer scene on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with real depth in the US and UK creator markets.

    • Native or near-native English (non-negotiable). Day-to-day writing and speaking with US and UK creators is core to the role.

    • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing a high volume of creator relationships at once.

    • Confident communicator who can build trust with creators and credibility with senior stakeholders.

    What success looks like

    • Creators feel genuinely supported: onboarding is smooth, comms are proactive, queries are sorted quickly.

    • The Pubity+ creator base is growing in quality and size, with strong retention and a healthy pipeline of new talent.

    • Operations run efficiently: admin is on top, records are clean, nothing falls through the cracks.

    • Commercial thinking shapes every decision. You understand how creator activity links to revenue and work to improve it.

    • Ideas for scaling Pubity+ come from this role, not just execution of what’s already there.

    Nice to have

    • Experience at a social media publisher, content network, or multi-channel network (MCN).

    • Familiarity with creator management or influencer marketing tools (Aspire, Modash, or similar).

    • Experience building or scaling a creator programme from early-stage to mature operation.

    • Understanding of content monetisation on Instagram and TikTok, including brand deals and platform-native monetisation.

    How you work

    • Proactive: spots what needs doing and gets on with it.

    • Commercially minded: always thinking about how decisions affect programme profitability and scale.

    • Self-sufficient and disciplined working remotely from Brazil, with strong time management and clear comms across US and UK time zones.

    • Personable and relationship-led, with the professionalism to represent Pubity Group to creators at every level.

    • Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to manage operational complexity without losing the human side of creator relationships.

Pubity Group is committed to fostering equal opportunities within our organisation. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce at every level, and we warmly invite all community members to pursue openings with us.
