Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Influencer Partnership Negotiator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing creator partnerships for payment within the ecommerce sector or with agencies like TATAM Digital in LATAM. This role requires a deep understanding of performance KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CPC, CPL, and ROAS, as well as experience in media bought partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and creators for partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer partnership negotiations within the ecommerce sector or with agencies like TATAM Digital in LATAM.
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Demonstrated ability to execute media bought partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
