As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by leveraging your expertise to provide high-quality, real-world input that influences how models learn, reason, and perform. Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
Support network operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
Implement new systems and enhancements, aligning with modern best practices in infrastructure management.
Collaborate closely with the customer's team to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
Support the integration of virtualization technologies into existing environments.
Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
Expertise in network administration and infrastructure management.
Strong experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Proficiency with written and verbal communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
Solid understanding of system security best practices and strategies.
Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
Ability to document technical processes clearly and thoroughly.
Hands-on experience with VMware solutions.
Previous work supporting distributed teams or remote environments.
