THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Inside Sales Analyst to our SMB Sales team in Brazil!

Essa posição faz parte da equipe de vendas SMB BR e é responsável por gerenciar um grande volume de novos leads em diferentes canais. Em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante evolução, nossos vendedores consultivos são ágeis e eficientes e devem ser capazes de entregar resultados em ciclos de vendas curtos.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lidar empresas de porte pequeno (empresas de 20 até 100 colaboradores)
  • Negociar com clientes em diferentes canais ( telefone, video chamadas, chat, email,)
  • Desenvolver propostas para diferentes tipos de empresas, demonstrando como o Wellhub pode agregar valor em cada um deles (modelo consultivo de vendas).
  • Gerenciar um pipeline de grande volume de oportunidades.
  • Capacidade de negociar com leads gerados por inbound e outbound marketing.
  • Estratégia, Negociação e fechamento de negócios consistentes.
  • Foco na receita de vendas e atenção aos processos usando o Salesforce como ferramenta de CRM.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experiência comprovada com vendas no modelo B2B em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS.
  • Gestão de vendas para empresas de pequeno porte e ciclo de fechamento de curto prazo.
  • Tem papel consultivo e foco estratégico na gestão de clientes de pequeno porte, prevê assertividade com base na descoberta estruturada de clientes.
  • Experiência na conversão de leads de inbound já qualificados
  • Ter habilidade para gerenciar diferentes canais de comunicação.
  • Organização e foco para gerenciar um grande pipeline de oportunidades.
  • Foco em resultados, habilidade de planejar e entregar objetivos.
  • Liderar interações com prospects/clientes, atua como facilitador no processo de vendas levando o cliente a fechar negócio.
  • Perfil colaborativo, desenvolver relacionamento com colegas e outras áreas para atingir objetivos.
  • Construção de conversas de negócios com clientes em todos os níveis, negociar com uma postura ganha-ganha, adaptando sua mensagem às necessidades do cliente.
  • Ser resiliente e persistente: foco nos resultados mesmo diante de dificuldade ou obstáculos.
