Position Overview
Our rapidly growing company is currently recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR / Inside Sales). In this role, you will collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to identify challenges faced by enterprise customers, generate sales opportunities, and promote Canonical’s value both domestically and internationally.

Job Responsibilities
- Handling inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Planning and executing outbound initiatives (phone, email, social media, webinars, etc.)
- Staffing booths and generating leads at domestic and international trade shows and events (involves business travel several times a year)
- Prospect research and account mapping
- Providing feedback on marketing campaigns and proposing improvements
- Pipeline generation and lead management in CRM
- Participation in the development of team processes and policies
