Objective/Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is Spectrum’s primary support to our outside sales representatives. This position communicates with Spectrum authorized resellers to answer questions, define project scopes, and generates product pricing. The Inside Sales Representative utilizes outbound calling and emailing to qualify inquires, leads, and to turn quotations into orders. This team-based position will require excellent collaboration and teamwork skills to ensure requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner. The Inside Sales Representative requires a high attention to detail and must be technology savvy in order to assist customers by providing pertinent information on new and existing orders.

Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree (A.A) in related field from a two-year college or technical school
• Three to five years of experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Benefit Summary:
