About the role
Position: MSc Program Instructor
Availability: Part-Time (6 hours per week)
Location: Online
Subjects for this role:
- Advanced topics in software development.
What you will do
- Inspire students to master advanced technical and soft skills.
- Coach students to independently solve complex problems.
- Guide students through their learning journey, encouraging hands-on projects.
- Organize and lead weekly lessons, workshops, and progress check-ins.
- Evaluate student assignments and conduct simulated job interviews.
- Ensure students are progressing and adapting to the online learning environment.
- Provide feedback to improve the learning experience and the program’s content.
Other tasks may arise based on the program’s needs.

Minimum Requirements
- Passion for teaching and student success
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong technical expertise in your subject area
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to engage students and foster a collaborative learning environment
- Academic Qualification: Master’s degree (or for Tunisian profiles, a Master’s or Engineering degree)
Nice to have
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students in a professional or academic setting
