NeoWork is currently seeking a talented and driven Insurance Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As an Insurance Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving insurance sales.

We are looking for someone with experience in insurance sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through various channels and qualify them for insurance products
  • Nurture client relationships and provide exceptional customer support
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close insurance sales deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of proven experience in insurance sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in insurance products and industry knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
