We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IBX Customer Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer operations within a mission-critical data center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing customer service requests and operational inquiries.
Support coordination between customers, IBX Operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
Track service requests and ensure timely updates are provided.
Support customer communication and follow-up activities.
Support process documentation and workflow mapping..
Help maintain operational procedures and knowledge repositories.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide general operational support to the Customer Operations team.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
