Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization within recruiting systems and CRM platforms
Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Interest in data analysis, operational improvement, and HR technology
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in AI applications and process automation is a plus
The intern will gain hands-on experience working with recruiting technology platforms, including Phenom CRM, while contributing to projects that enhance recruiting workflows, reporting, and decision-making.WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
