Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our Audit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and examining company records to ensure proper compliance based on laws and regulations, and summarizing and preparing findings and reports. This position primarily performs internal audit work according to the audit plan, methodology

and risk management strategy.

LOCATION

  • This is a 100% remote position.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% depending on work assigned.
  • Ability to travel for occasional in person team meetings and other training events.

DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understands and applies internal audit methodologies.
  • Participates in departmental initiatives and projects under the direction of the internal audit management team to maintain a high-level internal audit function.
  • Possesses knowledge of engagement objectives and expectations as co-developed with operations
  • Creates work products such as audit analysis, correspondence, memoranda and other working papers that document the engagement procedures performed, the findings, and the results of those procedures.
  • Works with the internal audit team to develop creative, practical, and cost-effective recommendations for process improvements or efficiency enhancements.
  • Participates in developing internal audit deliverables, and assures work is completed within agreed upon time frames.
  • Identifies key development needs for self and assists in the attainment.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with corporate personnel at appropriate levels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
  • Requires 1 – 4+ years of accounting related experience.
  • Desire to obtain additional Certification in at least one area (e.g., CPA, CFE, CIA, or CISA).
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and other MS applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to demonstrate the highest standard of quality, objectivity and professionalism.
  • Experience cooperating with the other engagement team members, sharing information and ideas, accepting constructive feedback, and accepting additional assignments when appropriate.

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability), matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
