About the role:
Role:
(Internal) Talent Success Manager - Recruiting Startup
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Overlapping US Timezones
Salary Range: Up to PHP 75,000.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)

As the Talent Success Manager, you will oversee various critical functions aimed at enhancing candidate up-skilling and engagement, ultimately contributing to the company's success. These functions include:

  • Candidate Up-skilling Management: Developing strategies and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of candidates, ensuring they are well-equipped with best practices in their role.
  • Research and Knowledge Management: Staying updated on up-skilling and candidate coaching trends, news, and best practices to enrich the company's knowledge library and improve candidate development programs.
  • Resource Creation: Designing and creating scalable resources for candidate learning and development, such as online courses, guides, and tutorials.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement in candidate management and implementing measures to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Community Management: Managing and nurturing the candidate community, fostering engagement, collaboration, and networking among candidates.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Working cross-functionally with Client Success and Recruitment teams to ensure curated candidate experiences and generating Post-Match Reports and Updates to provide insights and recommendations to the Client Success Team.
  • Event Planning: Conceptualizing and organizing webinars and other events focused on candidate learning and development, fostering continuous growth and education.

Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:

  • Onboarding and Training: Familiarizing themselves with the company's processes, tools, and systems, and undergoing training sessions to understand the candidate journey and company objectives.
  • Research and Trend Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on up-skilling and candidate coaching trends, gathering insights to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  • Resource Development: Initiating the creation of scalable resources for candidate learning and development, such as drafting outlines, designing templates, and outlining content frameworks.
  • Process Evaluation: Assessing current candidate management processes and identifying areas for improvement, brainstorming ideas for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Community Engagement: Engaging with the candidate community, introducing themselves, and gathering feedback to understand their needs and preferences better.
  • Collaborative Meetings: Participating in collaborative meetings with the Client Success and Recruitment teams to understand their workflows and discuss potential synergies for enhancing candidate experiences
  • Event Planning Strategy: Brainstorming ideas and outlining a preliminary strategy for organizing webinars and other candidate-focused events, considering topics, formats, and timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the customer success field or similar position. (Experience in coaching or L&D is highly preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom/GMeet, Slack, and Learning Platform( TBD: Like Thinkific)
  • Experience in the recruitment or outsourcing industry is a plus
