Job Description

BeyondTrust Corporation has a full-time International Tax Manager position in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Duties include: Maintain and reconcile all international direct tax accounts; Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual income tax provisions; Perform foreign subsidiary’s provision-to-return calculations; Prepare and/or review worksheets for international forms included in US tax filings, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII and FTC calculations; Prepare supporting information for and review US international tax compliance forms and statements, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8990, 8992, 8993 and 1118; Prepare and/or review local country income tax filings for foreign subsidiaries; Perform withholding tax analysis, assist customer with withholding tax requests and advise on withholding tax implications for deals with cross-functional teams; Participate in international tax planning activities to manage effective tax rates and cash taxes through research and scenario modeling; Assist with quarterly transfer pricing calculations and prepare/review annual transfer pricing documentation; Prepare tax installment calculations and payments; Manage local country income tax examinations and notices.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax or a related field and five (5) years of experience.

Background check required. Telecommuting permitted from residence anywhere in the United States. Quarterly domestic travel to company headquarters for meetings.
