Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend development in one or more relevant languages or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining backend systems for production web applications
Drupal module development, configuration, and site building experience
Server-side logic, API integrations, and data migration
Code review — giving and receiving constructive, technically grounded feedback
