Your Role
As an Ivalua Integration Consultant, you will focus on the technical implementation of integrations within the Ivalua platform. You will take ownership of defined integration topics and work closely with functional consultants and client IT teams to ensure stable and high-quality data flows.
This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on Ivalua experience who enjoys working on integrations and wants to further develop their expertise in a project-driven environment.
Tasks
Ivalua Integration & Implementation
Implement and configure integrations within the Ivalua platform
Work with the Ivalua Integration Framework
Develop API-based and batch integrations
Define and implement data mappings and transformation logic (XML, JSON)
Ensure data quality in Ivalua by:
Preventing duplicates
Supporting partial updates
Handling joint master data ownership
Testing, Troubleshooting & Operations
Create technical integration and mapping specifications
Execute technical tests (unit, system, end-to-end)
Analyze and resolve integration and data-related issues
Monitor and stabilize productive Ivalua integrations Project Work & Collaboration
Take responsibility for defined Ivalua integration topics
Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client IT teams
Contribute to technical discussions, effort estimations, and solution design
Proactively clarify technical questions and support issue resolution Internal Contribution
Review and ensure quality of technical deliverables
Support knowledge sharing within the team
Contribute to internal standards, templates, and best practices Requirements
Must-have
Solid hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform, especially in integrations (approx. 2–3 years)
Experience with the Ivalua Integration Framework
Good knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, XML / JSON, and SQL
Ability to implement and troubleshoot integrations independently
Structured and solution-oriented working style
High quality standards and sense of ownership Nice to have
Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
Knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, or RFCs
Experience with middleware (e.g., SAP CPI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi)
Basic understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes
