What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on technology operations and strategic decision-making at scale. Evaluating how large environments manage their technology stacks is critical for developing better management frameworks. We want to understand the realities of balancing daily operations with long-term strategic choices.
How It Works
You will participate in a remote video interview to walk us through your technology management workflows. We will ask you to describe a recent strategic decision your organization made regarding its technology environment. You will share your perspective on the operational challenges and the criteria used to evaluate new solutions. The conversation will focus on your firsthand experience handling these processes.
Who This Is For
We are looking for IT managers and business leaders operating at mid-to-large organizations.
