About the Team:
IT Center Hungary - 300 professionals based in Eger & Budapest and also working remotely from Hungary, developing and supporting the global IT infrastructure, applications and processes of ZF Group on a global scale. We are working with a wide range of technologies and platforms including SAP, the Microsoft Power Stack and cloud computing services just to name a few.
What you can look forward to as IT Launch Manager:
- Final responsibility for successfully launching new Production projects globally, while focusing on IT standards, business satisfaction and operational excellence. Small order tracking and follow-up is required to insure ZF standards are adhered to, with special focus placed on training/ communication and user experience across all projects.
- Work with MES Systems; SCADA and Digitalization (DMP) project management to ensure the project scope, deliverables, timing and cost targets are achieved, as well as successfully managing and mitigating launch project issues and risks.
- Lead temporary launch teams to meet project objectives.
- Enable and actively contribute to both the I4.0 and digitization strategies by launching new platforms and installations
- Work in partnership with the business partners, P&Q Development team, the WIO and local non-IT support groups to launch operational services for Production and Quality Systems and Platforms.
- Additional expertise required to support Pre-Launch analysis, such as I4.0/ Cloud services/ digitization projects with a focus on future technological trends and impacts.
- Drive programs and roadmaps to support business change e.g. new production facilities and new placement of production activities
- Establishes effective and efficient processes to deliver IT services to the business requirements, leveraging global structures, shared services and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning software license management; Also responsible for financial planning for area of responsibility
Your profile as IT Launch Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required
- Minimum of 5 years of MES and SCADA experience in the automotive manufacturing and/or quality systems
- Solid working knowledge of information systems required, digitalization trends (IOT, Cloud tech, etc), with experience in automotive manufacturing (iTAC; CAA; ACC systems) and/or quality systems highly preferred.
- Work experience as a launch manager, project/ program manager is preferred
- A demonstrated ability for managing large/ complex projects preferred
- Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
- English speaking and writing skills
- Germain speaking and writing skills is considered as a plus asset
