IT Operations Service Delivery Rep - Limited Term Position

Description -

This is a Limited Term Employee position responsible for monitoring systems, identifying performance issues, and adhering to defined timeframes for incident escalation while troubleshooting simple to moderately complex incidents. The role serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internal businesses/end users, providing valuable insights and solutions. The role executes installations and configurations following standardized procedures, conducts routine maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with budget, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
• Monitors systems to identify performance issues, operating within defined timeframes for incident escalation and ensuring adherence to established protocols for troubleshooting simple to moderately complex incidents.
• Establishes trust and becomes a reliable advisor to customers and internal businesses/end users, offering valuable insights and solutions.
• Acts as the on-site liaison to provide real-time status updates and information to the client, facilitating effective communication.
• Executes installations and/or configurations following standardized procedures, while also assembling and integrating system/products proficiently.
• Conducts regular maintenance activities, which may encompass tasks such as carrying out tape/backup operations.
• Demonstrates an understanding of key metrics utilized to monitor service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customer requirements, proactively addressing any deviations.
• Acquires job skills, becomes familiar with company policies, and completes routine to moderately complex assignments/tasks, while making suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Adheres to established company, legal and regulatory standards, and guidelines, and ensures confidentiality in all dealings with company data.
• Assists in implementing new processes, supports department-level operational plans, and shares technical information with colleagues and clients.
• Solves defined problems using established procedures, and delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $45,760.00 to $55,300.00annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
