What You'll Do

• Manage a program utilizing a proprietary process for Program Management.
• Manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met.
• Act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative.
• Manage timelines, status reports, statistics, and program expenditures.

What You Know

• You must reside in Latam
• Must have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong innovation and facilitation skills.
• Proven oral and written communication skills; Presentation skills.
• Sound analytical skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
• Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrate success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
