How will you make an impact?

The IT Programmer will Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The primary goal is to create functional and efficient software solutions that meet client requirements and needs. This person works with other IT teams to troubleshoot and business team members to collaborate for solution needs and is responsible for making sure strategies and standards are maintained. They will also deliver, and shift priorities as needed to accommodate business requirements.

  • Build software that fulfills specific needs
  • Find solutions to achieve requirements based on specifications on projects
  • Remain current on technology trends to keep our software as innovative as possible
  • Stay on track of the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on time
How will you get rewarded?
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of $109,000 - $125,000 annually
    (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience SQL/MySQL
  • 5+ years of experience SSIS/SSRS Visual Studios
  • 5+ years experience in business process improvement or other related experience
  • 5+ years of experience ELT
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience (professional or otherwise) as an application developer
  • Ability to work in at least one programming language (ex: JavaScript, Python)
  • Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Proficiency with project tracking software, such as Jira
  • Experience working as part of a development team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience
