We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Junior Business Development Representative to join our Partner Acquisition team. The team is responsible for attracting new partners. Those activities include negotiations and escorting through the installation flow, and interacting with other departments to achieve results of connecting partners to our platform.

As a Junior BDR, you will be responsible for helping us stay informed of market trends and opportunities, allowing us to make more strategic and informed business decisions, serving our growing client base, streamlining internal processes, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will also interact with a variety of teams and individuals within the organization, such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Acquisition, Data analytics teams.

The tasks go through video meetings, Slack, Asana. We operate according to the EET time zone.

First 3 tasks in the role

  1. Create a list of SEO agencies that work with B2B Fintech
  2. Contact publishers and request a cost.
  3. Create a list of gambling publishers with an audience of heads of a gambling company.

Responsibility

  • Assisting with client management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs, and contributing to a seamless experience that fosters long-term partnerships.
  • Conducting user research: Analyzing client feedback, monitoring industry trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth in our products and services.
  • Attending conferences and networking events: Representing our organization at industry gatherings, expanding our professional network, and staying informed on the latest developments and best practices in our field.
  • Facilitating interdepartmental communication: Serving as a liaison between the commercial department and other areas of the organization, ensuring that we operate cohesively and efficiently to meet client demands.
  • Analyzing client data: Using data-driven insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and develop targeted strategies for business development and client retention.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in positions such as Support Specialist, Customer Support, Commercial Manager, or current experience in Sales/BDM roles.
  • Experience in fintech/trading or gambling/betting;
  • Good understanding of the company’s products and services, sound knowledge of the industry, and a high level of customer service;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong research skills to identify relevant SEO agencies, publishers, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or alternatives).
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Communication tools proficiency (email, video conferencing platforms, and messaging apps).
  • Fluency in English (at least B2+).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Portuguese (at least B2+);
  • Fluency in Spanish (at least B2+);
  • B2B SaaS sales experience.
