We are looking for a Junior International Accountant to join our team.
In this role, you will be involved in key accounting processes, help improve the company’s financial stability, and support expansion into new countries as well as the development of existing structures.
Responsibilities:
Record operational expenses based on supplier invoices
Maintain tables for monitoring actual expenses on corporate cards
Collect and verify primary documentation related to expense transactions
Calculate intercompany expenses and issue intercompany invoices
Perform reconciliations of: supplier balances, corporate card account balances, intercompany balances
Assist with preparing information and documentation in response to auditor requests
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in accounting
Experience working with budgets, expense reports, and business travel/expense processes
Experience with accounting software (1C, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), preferably 1C
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to work with large datasets
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher We offer
