We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire valuable project management experience within a dynamic design agency.

As a Junior Project Manager you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle by initially providing administrative support to Project Managers on a variety of engaging design projects. As your knowledge and proficiency develop, you will be entrusted with greater responsibility, culminating in the independent management of smaller or less complex projects under appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up new projects, including configuring tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes;
  • Manage miscellaneous project tasks, maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring seamless access to necessary project files and information for the team;
  • Support client communication by assisting with client meetings, summarizing feedback;
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all parties are informed, prepared, and scheduled efficiently;
  • Monitor project timelines under senior guidance to ensure milestones are met;
  • Identify resource needs and availability, assist in allocating resources efficiently across projects;
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks, contributing to solution brainstorming and mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and updating of burn charts and project hours in spreadsheets and reporting tools;
  • Assist in reviewing deliverables for compliance with required standards before they are passed on to the client, ensuring quality and correctness.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field (prior experience in a design agency is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced spoken and written English suitable for client communication is an absolute must

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., ActiveCollab, Jira)
  • Familiarity with design workflow tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Russian language proficiency
  • Passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process
