Job Description

To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Junior SEO Manager (m/f/d) in London, Hamburg or Düsseldorf to support with our SEO activities on our UK market and become part of our EMEA Marketing team.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

• Support the team in maximising performance in the SEO channel for the UK market, including Google for Jobs as well as regular blue link organic results
• Maintain awareness of performance indicators, market and influencing factors, running regular audits and investigations
• Leverage your analytical prowess to derive performance improvement opportunities, acquiring data where necessary and combining datasets to provide new insights
• Work on a roadmap of performance improvement initiatives, supporting in driving investment cases from discovery to scaling
• Administer a backlog of template optimisation (SEO A/B testing) initiatives
• Collaborate with Content Marketing team to ensure SEO success

Qualifications

Skills you may have:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
• First experience in the SEO channel, e.g. in the context of internships
• Advanced Excel skills as well as an interest to work with Python and SQL.
• Business fluency in English.
• First experience with common SEO tools is a plus (e.g. Google Search Console, plus auditing, scraping, SEO insight/analysis tools).
