About the role
You will be at the heart of the People Team (currently 10 members), working in the Talent Team. Your main focus will be on Operations hiring (Customer Operations, QA, Complaints and Collections), but also supporting other departments with hiring and optimization projects to maintain our high bar!

In the first six months..
You have built strong relationships with key stakeholders understanding challenges and potential and outlying solutions to bottlenecks.
You understand Lendable’s hiring processes, policies, and practices.
Have shown that you are a strong individual contributor with the ability to pioneer change by initiating action, and giving direction.
This is you:
You have a great eye for detail and strong organization and time management skills and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience (1- 2 years) working in recruitment as a junior talent partner/coordinator.
You are naturally curious and creative. You ask yourself constantly: “How can we do things better”?
You enjoy owning the 360 recruitment process.
You have experience interviewing people and understanding what makes people tick.
You are passionate about candidate experience & building relationships with internal stakeholders.
A massive plus: You have experience with high-volume operations recruitment.
How you’ll impact those objectives:
You will support hiring for Operations (80%) and Central business (20%), making sure we hire the best of the best
You will keep our candidates engaged and informed at every stage to create a positive interview experience.
You will become a subject matter expert in the world of FinTech - building relationships with future talent and keeping yourself up to date with the latest talent acquisition trends.
You will continuously use data insights to improve our workflows and processes.
You will ensure the applicant tracking system information is up-to-date as well as a high level of data integrity of data.
You will work closely with the wider People team to provide support and collaborate on company initiatives.
