    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Sells to named accounts; adding new accounts is extremely rare and is typically subject to a review process. Includes major accounts within a single corporate group/income statement

    • Requires expertise across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial acumen and is expected to influence strategy development for one’s own broad sales territory, including resource allocation.

    • Evaluates simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed about industry trends that may impact the work.

    • Uses a high degree of judgment to make decisions and solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer interactions. Has the ability to assess the quality of the information provided and ask relevant questions of stakeholders or customers.Can propose new solutions to problems that fall outside established parameters and is able to develop and present recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside their own function to make a decision.

    • Can lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or moderate complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and can influence others’ options on specific topics. Can guide others to adopt a different point of view.

    Basic Qualifications

    • This role requires extensive experience. The level of knowledge is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proven ability to analyze and solve problems. Proven ability to lead programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Documented project management skills.     For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

    Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
