General Description:

  • As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, implementing brand strategies, executing promotional campaigns, Customers facing and KOLs meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of brand strategy and operational plans. Your expertise in marketing, selling skills, strong analytical skills, and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will contribute to our company's growth and market presence.
  • The BeiGene Israel product specialist will develop territory strategic & tactical plans and execute those plans to exceed sales goals.
  • Responsible for providing product information within package insert and assure that HCP understand proper use of BeiGene product.
  • Creates content – digital and non-digital for customers.
  • Comply with compliance with applicable BeiGene policies and procedures (e.g., healthcare compliance, adverse event reporting, travel, and expense reporting)
  • Plans, manages, and monitors all digital and non-digital activities with HCPs in the specific therapeutic area.
  • Lead the relations and management of top KOL’s and HCPs.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product.
  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies.
  • Ensures marketing materials adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop critical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other allied healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams, particularly collaborate with the medical team to develop, integrate, and implement operational plans to make sure the brand strategy alignment.
  • Develop territory plan aligned with brand plan and execute tactics.
  • Performs all administrative functions required of the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the appropriate call reporting system in a timely manner, submitting expenses, etc.
  • Assists in the identification and resolution of issues, opportunities and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management.

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Oncology field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Oncology brand & customer manager/ product Specialist role
  • Experience in specialty sales, with an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, various sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, etc.
  • Experience of working with influential HCPs and physicians in the region, e.g. universities, cancer centers, etc.
  • Experience of working with HCPs, clinics and pharmacies and sharing information on efficacy and safety among HCPs as new drugs are adopted.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and running district lectures in their area of responsibility.
  • Must demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Dedicated to making customer service a priority.
  • Must have a self-starting, self-managing independent work style.
  • Able to engage in local work related travel approximately 80%.
