Position Overview:
The Knowledge Management Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the management and organization of processes and documentation within the organization. The Specialist will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather and validate information, supporting the overall knowledge management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Documentation Management:
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating organizational processes and documentation.
- Help in organizing and categorizing process documentation for easy retrieval by relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate process information.
- Support process documentation and alignment efforts.
- Auditing Quality Assurance:
- Conduct basic audits under supervision to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
- Support the maintenance of audit databases.
- Knowledge Sharing:
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in process-related discussions and workshops.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Begin developing expertise in knowledge management processes.
- Support SMEs in process-related tasks.
- Client Audit Support:
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for client audits.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of process documentation and management.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and systems.
- Basic experience with audit and quality assurance processes.
