Wind River Studio is a comprehensive cloud-native platform for the development, deployment, and operation of intelligent systems. It offers a suite of tools and services designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of embedded and IoT device development, including device software, edge computing, and cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities and duties:
- L1 to L3 incident management and problem-solving for SW tools supporting the full development lifecycle of Autonomous driving solutions for the biggest Car Manufacturers in the world. (work in shifts, possibility to work remotely)
• Drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes and tooling to achieve the industry's best IT service delivery standards.
• Automate user and application lifecycle maintenance tasks by adopting Site Reliability Engineering best practices
• Report on ITSM OKRs for service quality, user onboarding, and compliance with development processes.
• Work closely with the Architecture team to design and implement continuous service enhancements to achieve target OKRs.
• Create a knowledge repository of runbooks, support guides, etc to aid proactive support to Wind River users.
• Contribute to set up and monitoring of Cloud, FinOps & Security monitoring tools including Datadog and AWS Cloud Health
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance on engineering tools to 0075sers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related equivalent (M)
• 5 years experience in software development or ITSM role (M).
• 2 years experience in supporting at least 2 of GIT, GERRIT, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Artifactory, Polarion, Doors, Datadog,
• Strong Knowledge of ITSM processes e.g. ITIL
• Strong knowledge in IT automation technologies such as Terraform, ansible, Chef, puppet, cloud formation
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in the development of automated configuration management processes and procedures (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Energetic team player with strong communication and people skills.
• Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, or XP. (M)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
The position is fully remote, but from time to time, it is nice to come to the office in Cracow.
In this position, there are 2 shifts: 1 between 8 AM and 4 PM, 2 between 2 PM and 10 PM- interchangeably for candidates.
