We're looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our team and work alongside some of the most talented and creative professionals in the industry.

What you will do

  • Develop a secure, scalable, and maintainable data warehousing platform using industry standard tools – including AWS Redshift, DBT, Fivetran, Kafka, and AWS Glue.
  • Collaborate across teams and functions to help define our technical roadmap, strategy and architecture for analytics and reporting to both our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product managers and domain teams to solve open-ended problems for internal and external customers.
  • Provide domain expertise and share data and analytics knowledge with the wider team.
  • Mentor and support other engineers, while creating a safe and inclusive environment for our diverse team.

About you

  • Experience with data analytics, data engineering, and data warehousing in a cloud software context.
  • An entrepreneurial streak, with the ability to identify new opportunities and lead through influence.
  • Ability to align engineering work with high level organizational goals.
  • Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, and dependencies.
  • A growth mindset, and a keen sense of ownership.
