About the Role

The Lead Data Scientist will spearhead analyses that shape People Team strategy and execution. • Own data pipeline and data warehousing in Big Query for People Data Science from top-to-bottom. Partner with our centralized data engineering and HR Operations teams as necessary.
  • Scope and build Tableau Dashboards and other tools that will help stakeholders understand how and when they need to take action
  • Communicate findings to senior leaders through formal presentations and standard management reports on a periodic (e.g., quarterly) basis.
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making on the People Team and beyond.
