Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans. Today, Spring Health equips over 800 companies, from start-ups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading and preferred mental health service. Companies like J.P. Morgan Chase Co., Microsoft, J.B. Hunt, Bumble, and Instacart use the Spring Health platform to provide mental health services to thousands of their team members globally. We have raised over $370 million from prominent investors including Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2.5 billion.

Reporting to the GM, Behavioral Health, you will lead discovery, solution/roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution of the innovation required to achieve success for Spring Health in a broad range of behavioral health solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Behavioral Health portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and user needs. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include launch of integrated behavioral health programs with value-add partnerships over specific periods of time, Spring member utilization, achievement of team revenue goals, and member clinical outcomes achieved with partners.
  • Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products.
  • Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals.
  • Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including setting timelines, prioritizing features, and coordinating product releases.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
  • Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of product management experience; at least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.

The target base salary range for this position is $179,100-$218,550, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
