    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Business process management systems (e.g., quality management systems, integrated management systems). Works to develop, implement, and monitor the overall process map for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools, and the performance management system.

    • Draws on in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical skills to implement a policy or strategy. Basic knowledge of related professional disciplines.

    • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with low risk and minimal resource requirements. Explains information. Develops skills to help team members reach consensus on subject-matter issues. Communicates performance expectations and can handle sensitive issues.

    • Positions at this level operate with a degree of autonomy but are subject to established practices and precedents, or are governed by well-defined policies or an analysis of final results. This position is authorized to modify procedures and practices related to tasks, provided that the final results meet acceptability standards (quality, volume, timeliness, etc.).

    • Demonstrates sound judgment and is able to propose alternative solutions outside defined parameters to resolve more complex and day-to-day problems. Is able to prioritize information for data analysis. Relies on technical experience and analytical skills. Draws on limited internal and external resources outside their own team to assist in decision-making.

    Basic Qualifications

    • • For roles outside the United States - This role requires significant experience in the field and with digital audio workstations. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or a high school diploma with experience in a relevant field). • For roles in the United States—Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general education diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the field).

    For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range for this position is between $93,500.00 and $155,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific compensation offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
