Road Map:
The Lead UI/UX Designer position is focused on creating intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experience across the product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the overall UX strategy and drive user-centric design decisions.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- Define and communicate the long-term UX vision and goals including how to bring multiple discrete products under the same umbrella platform.
- Lead and mentor the UX team.
- Conduct user and key stakeholder research and translate findings into design recommendations.
- Partner closely with product management and development to enhance the quality, value, and experience of our products and core journeys.
- Ensure usability and accessibility standards.
- Track UX metrics and optimize experiences.
- Transform ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible products and services that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users
- Engage with stakeholders to influence product direction.
- Be a passionate advocate for the user, ground ideas in data driven solutions by incorporating customer insights and principles throughout the creative process
- Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, brand consistency.
Show Off What You Have:
- 10+ years UX experience designing consumer facing applications, websites and mobile experiences
- Innate gift to simplify - turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
- Posses a deep and recognizable commitment to user empathy
- Motivated leader - can inspire a cross disciplinary team with loyalty, commitment, and quality of delivery
- Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping and information architecture
- Fluency with design and UX & prototyping software – Figma beneficial
- Driven explorer to improve user needs and make life easier for the user without the user asking
- Data sleuth - great skill combing through analytics and behavioral insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience
- Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling , knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads
- Ability to learn quickly and provide UX leadership in a dynamic and matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and industry trends.
- Strong portfolio showing breadth of UX Design work
Fuel Gage:
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 to start.
