About the Position
The Learning Consultant – Field Support organizes and manages the execution of strategy in their assigned learning and development programs or functions. Under the direction of the Learning Program Manager – Field Support, this role will coordinate, develop, and deliver programs targeted to all employees within the assigned customer/vertical. The Learning Consultant will ensure the attendance, completion, and deliver of programs targeted to all employees for the customer/vertical. The Learning Consultant will perform multiple high-level administrative functions in support of all company training functions.
*Candidates on the East Coast of the US will be given preference as this individual will support our East Coast operations for the dedicated customer/vertical.
Functions
- Coordinate, develop, and deliver content for assigned areas for individual development of all employees within customer/vertical.
- Support development programs using the learning management system, technology-enabled learning paths, curricula, assessments, and surveys.
- Assist with program coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring in the assigned areas.
- Provide resources, tools, and guidance to employees to help reach key milestones in their development plans.
- Perform analysis of data on programs implemented and supported by this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is required. The below years of experience may run concurrently:
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills employee development courses required.
- 2-4 years of experience and proven strong ability in navigating technical systems, to also include data analysis is required
- Strong written and oral communication required
- Ability to develop and support multiple courses for individuals in different stages of design or skill set
- Familiarity with different learning platforms and strong ability to utilize other support systems (Microsoft Office Suite)

Travel Requirements
- This position is expected to travel approximately 50-75%.
