The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.

The Opportunity

As a LearningContent Creator you are part of the Learning Design, Delivery, and Performance Chapter and responsible for developing engaging and informative learning content that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and using your creativity to craft compelling content. You act as the main point of contact between Roche internal customers, therefore you need strong customer and solution focus. You are required to work independently, to possess and use cross-cultural communication skills and be able to adapt to different cultural contexts.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create high-quality training content with a focus on storytelling and accuracy.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide guidance and advisory to the learning community and manage key partner relationships proactively.

  • Learning Operations: Deliver consistent, reliable, and timely eLearning content, managing inquiries and troubleshooting while adhering to KPIs and SLAs.

  • Service Enhancement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure end-to-end ownership of resolution for customer concerns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with P&C colleagues and collaborate globally to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Outputs & Deliverables: Create compelling eLearning courses and contribute to the improvement of People Support Solutions' performance.

  • Feedback & Coaching: Provide feedback, coaching, and advice to contacts in both P&C and the business to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years in eLearning and content creation.

  • Proven experience in technical writing, storytelling, and creating adult learning materials; familiarity with cloud-based LMS like Cornerstone is a plus.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; cross-cultural skills and additional languages are advantageous.

  • Demonstrated project management skills (preferably agile), with a strong focus on quality and data analysis.
