L&D Consultants are customer-facing subject matter experts on all things Deel Engage. They support and consult clients on Deel Engage-related topics such as performance management, learning management, and career development. They help clients define processes tailored to their needs and implement them on Deel. L&D Consultants primarily focus on implementation but can support clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
What you'll do at Deel
Consult clients on performance management, learning management, and career development processes
Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure successful deployment within their first 30-60 days using Deel Engage
Build deep and trusting relationships with clients by identifying their pain points, providing solutions and best practices, and recognizing opportunities for growth
Provide prompt and efficient support to clients, addressing a wide range of questions from technical issues to L&D-related inquiries.
Become an expert user of Deel Engage to train customers and provide credible guidance on features and functionality
Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience
Some key qualifications
Strong understanding of L&D processes, policies, and best practices
Customer-obsessed relationship builder committed to customer service who remains calm and collected when facing crises or criticism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in modern software applications with a passion for technology, capable of effectively explaining and training clients and colleagues
Solid analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
Bonus points if you
Have a background in learning or educational sciences
Have experience working in an HR or L&D team
Have experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up
Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
