OVERVIEW

As part of our Early Careers Program, this is a full-time paid 6 + 6 months' internship opportunity, where our interns develop the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, with mentorship provided by experienced professionals in the relevant areas and opportunities to network with major players in the industry.
The intern provides constant support all across several operational units at Welocalize, focusing on providing administrative support on daily general and specific tasks, customer service by telephone and email, at the legal department.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Monitoring of purchase orders, contracts, general conditions, MSAs and customer codes of ethics;
  • Compiling documents and statements for clients, compiling documents for tenders, managing specific confidentiality agreements, privacy, GDPR and insider registers;
  • Draft documentation, project plans etc. to support Projects, Technical and/or Sales teams;
  • Conduct analysis and produce metric reports and dashboards to support business decisions and strategies;
  • Deliver key activities to deadlines related to the functional internship you are assigned to;
  • Connect with internal stakeholders in support of project execution;
  • Maintain status updates on project and/or team activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders;
  • Registering new clients and new contacts in the system, using Salesforce;
  • Asking for client’s Purchase Orders (POs) and updating data in the system;
  • Creating Credit memos;
  • Word-count and document analysis.

Required experience

  • Bilingual or native level of Italian, both written and spoken;
  • Fluent or advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
  • Previous experience or knowledge or Italian labor law is a plus;
  • Previous data entry or customer service experience;
  • Advanced user level of Microsoft Office package: Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Advanced user level of Outlook;
  • Tech-savvy and hungry-learner;
  • Additional language is a plus.

Education level

  • In Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
