Loan Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to join our team at Servbank. This role involves creating and leading a team of Loan Processors and Closers, standardizing loan boarding packages, and establishing robust procedures and quality controls. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of various types of commercial loans and be experienced with the Fiserv Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Create and lead a team of Loan Processors and Closers.
• Provide training, support, and performance management for team members.

Loan Boarding and Servicing:

• Develop and standardize loan boarding packages.
• Establish and maintain procedures for loan boarding.
• Implement audit and quality control processes, including the creation of checklists.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and document desktop policies and procedures for loan operations.

Commercial Loan Expertise:

• Manage and service various types of commercial loans, including Investor Real Estate, 504, 7(a), Owner User Real Estate, and C&I loans.
• Utilize and manage loan operations through the Fiserv Core Platform.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan closing, boarding, and servicing.
• Proven ability to create and lead effective teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial loans, including Investor Real Estate, 504, 7(a), Owner User Real Estate, and C&I loans.
• Experience in developing and standardizing loan boarding packages.
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining audit and quality control processes.
• Proficient in creating desktop policies and procedures.
• Extensive experience with the Fiserv Core Platform.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
