Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to
support our export operations. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating
shipments, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products globally.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review export documents: ocean bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, PSIC, freight certificate, etc.
Coordinate with services providers, forwarders, internal teams and customers for documentation approval.
Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively
Provide administrative support to the export operations team
Maintain and update the transaction report
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Any graduate: 1–2 years’ experience (import/export logistics/documentation preferred)
Good understanding about Incoterm
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Night shift availability (6 PM – 4 AM)
