The Role

We are seeking a Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us build brand awareness and drive growth & revenue through influencer partnerships. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, nurturing and scaling relationships with prominent influencers that are authentic to the brand across all social channels ie. Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook and others. You’ll own the process from top to bottom including communicating with influencers, curating orders, tracking social posts and analyzing and reporting out results.

For this reason, we are looking for someone who possesses a combination of skills – you understand what new parents want and you understand their social media universe; but also extremely organized, results-driven, analytical and hungry to have a direct impact on our growth and stream of revenue.

Responsbilities

  • Conduct research to source, vet and prioritize promising influencers that are aligned with our brand(s) and reflect the trends and attitudes of our customers
  • Own all influencer outreach & communications - from initial pitch to support requests - in order to seed new relationships and foster long-term collaborations
  • Maintain a robust internal database of influencer relationships and provide ongoing updates to influencers
  • Identify and secure charismatic creators for Organic & Paid Social channels, negotiating deals for content & whitelisting
  • Monitor participating influencer’s accounts to ensure follow through, source/tag UGC, and track influencer performance across identified KPIs
  • Weekly social post & DM tracking
  • Support the development of regular analytical reports on social media activity and influencer engagements

  • Understanding of brand – You will be representing the Lovevery brand and finding others to help represent the brand.
  • Communication skills – This job is all about communication. To influencers and through influencers.

About You

  • You think parenthood and early childhood are really inspiring things to work on and you have deep empathy for parents. You are into babies and little kids.
  • You get the Lovevery brand and can represent it authentically.
  • Natural proficiency in social media, with an intuitive sense for trends, celebrities and influencers.
  • You have an understanding of paid social media tactics such as boosting & whitelisting content.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • You are a hustler and creative thinker who can get your foot in the door through someone’s DMs without annoying them.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of analytics, social listening, influencer engagement, hashtag strategies and overall social media marketing platforms.
  • You have strong attention to detail and high organizational and project management skills. You’re able to work relatively independently.
  • 3-4 years in marketing at a childhood, lifestyle or fashion brand is a must.
  • Sales background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a record of strong academic performance required.

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $57,000 to $75,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
