Who We Need
Love keeping things on track? We’re looking for a proactive operator with great communication skills to take the lead in managing LTL shipments and making sure every delivery hits the mark.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and track LTL shipments using the Turvo system
Ensure timely and accurate updates within the Turvo platform
Coordinate with airlines, CFS facilities, and trucking partners to ensure smooth shipment movement
Provide operational support to maintain efficient LTL processes
Proactively follow up on pending shipments and resolve any delivery or documentation issues
What You Need:
Prior experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations or freight forwarding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure
Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, preferably Turvo
Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
A customer-focused mindset with a sense of accountability and initiative
C1-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule Why Expedock
