Job Description
Position Purpose
The LVR Coordinator will be a primary owner of all day-to-day execution and system compliance for CHEP’s LVR operations. They will serve as a primary point of contact for the program’s transactional compliance, customer service and reporting.

Number of Locations: Approximately 12-15
Major/Key Accountabilities
Ensure all in scope LVR collections and deliveries are processed correctly in adherence to CHEP’s existing Transaction Management SOPs
Create and Publish Key Performance Reports for internal and external customers
Conduct KPI analysis for LVR Program and work with LVR Services Reps and Leadership to convert the analysis into actionable continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain current baseline routing plans with adjustments made as needed
Field internal or external collection and/or delivery requests and work with local team(s) to execute within the expected timeframe
Manage all Customer Service for LVR customers, both at a location and corporate level (through partnership with CHEP Key Account Managers)
Partner with other CHEP departments to ensure execution and compliance of LVR issues and collections. Including but not limited to Operations, Asset Recovery, Sales, Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service
